Saying this one needs repair, this one is already rented. After picking a car they proceeded to clean it out in front of us. Trash, coins, and debris were taken out of the car in front of us. Never vacuumed, never wiped down. Terrible customer service.

When I picked up the vehicle, the insurance company reserved it in my husband's name and therefore they reserved a vehicle like kind to his and not mine. The staff accommodated me as best they could with their current inventory with a vehicle of like kind to mine. They were very professional and friendly. I was in and out within 15 minutes which is not what I was expecting. Typically picking up a rental car has always been an ordeal that seemed to take forever but these guys were very efficient and amazing to deal with! When I dropped my vehicle off, they were just as accommodating and the time it took to return the vehicle was just as quick and efficient as picking it up :). I would definitely recommend this team and location for anyone needing a rental!

I was placed on hold so long that I had almost made it to Thomasville before they came back to the phone. I understand as a business an employee can get a bit busy but not every day and not all day. I called at different times. I definitely will not refer anyone to rent from Enterprise in Thomasville I should have went where I always go which is Bainbridge never had nothing but good experiences with them . Thanks for been professional to Bainbridge enterprise team .
