- JMJeff MillerMar 31, 20265.0To start this review off I'd just like to say Outstanding service. I'm part of a team driver company and we put in 120 to 140 hour weeks. Between the two of us we've hit just about every truck stop east of the Mississippi and a few on the west. With that said, I'd like to say this Pilot's employee's are Grade A when it comes to service. As you walk in you're greeted with "Good morning how ya'll doing" to when you walk out "Ya"ll have a great day and be safe out there".. Their always smiling and happy. We struggle to remember a nicer crew that compares to these ladies. Our company wants us to fuel at loves but, I may make a strong suggestion to start stopping at this Pilot location. Along with the service the store is clean and well stocked. KEEP IT UP LADIES, YOU'RE THE BEST, and the reason we'll be back.
- SBSean BoucherMar 24, 20262.0More than 1/3 of there lot was dropped trailers, another 3rd were single bobtails (i get it) and even pickup trucks with no trailer. Another 1/3 is paid parking which is full at 9pm. Their parking situation is a mess and needs addressed. Very likely wont be back

So I stopped to get fuel and something quick to eat so I can get back on the road i always get chicken bacon ranch protein bowl at every subway i go to well i was met one of the sweetest, kind, and best customer service lady you wanna meet. She displayed what taking pride in your work she really made my day and made my protein bowl as if I was her son TENDER LOVING CARE is what she used when making it to understand what im saying i can't explain you have to go experience it for yourself. I want to thank you so much this was an amazing experience, its the small things and a simple kind gesture can change a person day because it definitely changed mine so thank you for being so kind and sweet going over board to prepare my food something you didn't have to do but you did so whoever reading this want to know who is behind the beautiful soul? HER NAME IS "MRS. SONIA"
