Entered to claim the warranty and spent the next 20-30 minutes proving to the clerk he actually bought it. She questioned why the part was dirty, its a car and we live on a dirt road...He had to reach out to customer service to retrieve the invoice and upon providing she again accused him of returning another companies part. She then solicited the help of other employees to find more proof of theft and dishonesty. When she couldn't prove that he was a thief she finally allowed the exchange. Is this apart of training? Is this how employees are trained to protect the company? Her bias ran the entire transaction and Advanced as a corporation should be ashamed. I guess there's nothing you can do about the help available to you in the area though...
