    Recently rented a car for a week road trip. I would recommend it based on my experience. It was my first time using Enterprise and this location. I was able to book a standard car online easily. The team was friendly when I picked up and returned the car, which was a Hyundai Elantra. No issues with the car or bill. Smooth process from start to finish and easy going team. When I need to rent a car again, I'll be coming back here!

    I typically rent from the Alpharetta location on Hembree and have had consistently positive experiences there over the past three years. The team there, including Jackson, Aiden, Austin, and others, has always been professional, helpful, and respectful. Unfortunately, due to that location being in the process of relocating and my not being aware of it at the time, I had to rent from the John’s Creek location instead. From the start, the experience at that location was disappointing. The physical setup of the location itself felt less than ideal and raised some safety concerns. During the rental process, I asked about receiving the military discount I normally use. I was told it was not available, and the representative did not attempt to check with a manager or coworker to confirm whether it could be applied. About three weeks into my rental, I returned to the location and spoke with Xavier to ask again about the military discount. He told me the discount has to be included as part of the reservation. I explained that there was no option online for me to select a military discount when I made the reservation. Instead of looking into the issue or offering to help resolve it, he responded in a dismissive manner and stated that “that is what corporate tells us to tell the customer.” What stood out most was the tone and approach during the conversation. While explaining that nothing could be done, he asked whether I had any issues with the service at the location. Given the way the conversation had just unfolded, the question felt dismissive rather than genuine. The interaction then shifted in a different direction when he began discussing internship opportunities with my daughter, asking if she is in college, which felt unrelated to the situation and came across as an attempt to redirect the conversation rather than address the concern. I also felt that responsibility for the situation was being shifted rather than resolved. At one point, Xavier mentioned that I was not charged a one way fee when I switched vehicles with the Alpharetta location, framing it as though a favor had been done. That point did not address the original concern about the discount and seemed to further deflect from the issue. This is now the second time I have experienced concerns with the customer service and professionalism at the John’s Creek location. That contrast is especially noticeable because I have never had any issues with the Alpharetta team over the past three years. Overall, the interaction left me feeling dismissed rather than helped. I believe the situation could have been handled much differently through clearer communication, a willingness to look into the concern, and a more professional approach to customer service. An acknowledgment of the issue and an apology for how the situation was handled would have gone a long way. Additionally, it may be helpful for the location to review leadership and customer service training, as the tone set by management often influences how the rest of the team interacts with customers.

    I had an excellent experience with Alexandra and Xavier at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From start to finish, they both provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, professional, and helpful. They both have such great customer service skills. Alexandra made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Xavier made my check out process smooth and easy. Their positive attitudes and dedication truly made a difference in my experience.
