However, the staff member told me that he could not service my car simply because it was a Tesla, claiming they were unable to lift the vehicle and insisting that I go to another location. I explained that I had previously come to this exact location and had my tire inspected here without any issue — the vehicle was lifted and checked at that time. Despite this, he repeatedly refused to help and showed no willingness to listen or provide an explanation. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I left feeling genuinely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the manner in which I was treated also gave me the impression that I was being unfairly judged, which was deeply upsetting. I ultimately went to a nearby Discount Tire, where they assisted me without any problem. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this Mavis location again. I would strongly encourage management to review staff training, particularly with respect to customer service and consistency in handling vehicles like Teslas.
