Since I was out of town, I contacted several service stations by phone including this one. When I spoke with Kevin, the store manager, he quoted me $588 plus tax. I asked if there was any possibility of a discount, and he assured me he would take care of it and apply approximately a $70 discount. Based on that conversation, I asked my wife to take the car to their location for the repair. However, she was charged $661. When I saw the total, I immediately called and spoke with Kevin. He stated that a discount had already been applied, which directly contradicted what he had previously told me. Additionally, when my wife mentioned the pricing discussion I had with him, Kevin reportedly became upset and walked away from the front desk in a rude and unprofessional manner. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. The lack of transparency in pricing and the unprofessional behavior are not what I would expect from a reputable business. I hope this matter can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
