The location was overbooked, which happens, but he stayed in communication the whole time and genuinely worked to resolve it. He even followed up and was able to secure a vehicle — that kind of follow-through says a lot about how he runs the place. He was professional, candid, and respectful throughout, and I appreciated the way he approached the situation. In an industry where communication is often the first thing to disappear, he did the opposite. Five stars for that.

This time I even called ahead to confirm my reservation and was told everything would be fine. When I arrived there were no cars available. The branch manager made no effort to contact another location or offer any kind of solution. He simply tried to justify why my reserved car was not there. I ended up calling another branch myself and they had plenty of vehicles available. There was zero accountability or customer service. If you truly need a rental car do not rely on this branch. You will just be gambling with your time.

Thank you all for your warm, family feeling that ya'll gave me and making a very stressful situation not stressful at all! I've even had to deal with my mom's cancer surgery at the very end of my rental agreement and she was very helpful in letting me know what I needed to do. GREAT JOB!! And, I had great conversation with all of the employees, another nice young lady and a gentleman as well. Thanks guys!
