    I want to recognize the manager here for how he handled a tough situation. The location was overbooked, which happens, but he stayed in communication the whole time and genuinely worked to resolve it. He even followed up and was able to secure a vehicle — that kind of follow-through says a lot about how he runs the place. He was professional, candid, and respectful throughout, and I appreciated the way he approached the situation. In an industry where communication is often the first thing to disappear, he did the opposite. Five stars for that.
