  We've been customers of this Goodyear for over 15 years, bringing in our Audis, Teslas, and family cars for tires and occasional service. Unfortunately, our recent experience with our daughter’s Buick has completely changed my trust in this shop. We brought it in for tires, and the team offered to diagnose a window issue for a $92 fee. They said the problem was the switch and that the part would need to be ordered. After patiently waiting through delays due to the storms and little follow-up communication, I brought the car back only to be told that it was actually the motor, not the switch. In other words: the original $92 “diagnostic” was just a guess. Being told the labor charge was an effort to "avoid charging us twice" makes no sense when the first diagnosis wasn’t correct. A proper check weeks ago would have revealed the real issue immediately, and the part is readily available locally. It’s disappointing to see a long-standing customer relationship end over what could have been handled with honesty and accountability. I’ll be replacing the motor myself this long weekend and taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

  I can't brag enough about this place!! They will take care of business and not charge you for extra unnecessary services! I always leave the place with peace of mind that everything was taken care of!
