  Dominique was amazing! From check out to follow-up from getting checked back, it was the best customer service I’ve ever received here. She was very polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! She even followed up and asked how was the rental and my experience and repeated billing expectations! Thank you Dominique for such a great experience and starting our trip off on a great foot!

  Made a reservation 2weeks in advance for a 7 passenger minivan. I was originally told I would get a Dodge caravan or something similar. I was later called, by Dominique( ?), stating that all they had was a Chrysler Pacifica… I wasn’t super pleased about that, but figured it would work. The day that I was supposed to go pick the van up I was contacted by Zach telling me he wanted to go over some options for my rental. I assumed this meant options on the van that I had reserved two weeks ago… WRONG. I no longer had the option of a minivan, but a Nissan Pathfinder (same size as my car) with a bench seat or a Dodge Durango with captain’s chairs. I went to go view the vehicles, hoping one of them would work for me – as I was supposed to leave town at 8 AM the next morning. Nope. All vehicles had bench seats for the second row. Something I had specifically requested to three different people. Also, while I was viewing these vehicles, they were clearing out a van. My friend asked, ‘why are they getting in that van if you don’t have any?’ We were given some excuse about an agreement had been made by someone for that to go to another lady. My friend again asked ‘did she make a reservation two weeks ago?’ We did not get an answer to that, but I’m assuming NO. SO, Long story short I do not have a large enough vehicle for my FAMILY to drive to Florida tomorrow morning & we will be taking separate vehicles. So frustrated! Absolutely unacceptable Enterprise in Sugar Hill. Do better.

  Dominique (Branch Manager) was awesome! She was extremely professional and patient. She communicated very effectively and was attentive to my questions. I had the opportunity to witness her working with another customer who was on the phone and required a lot of clarification and repeat of guidance. She remained very professional and friendly the entire time and showed tremendous respect and patience. I was very impressed. She made sure I had what I needed and explained everything very well despite it being close to closing time. They did not have a midsize vehicle (SUV) at the time I made the reservation. I was okay with that. However, she upgraded me to a nicer option once I arrived (a Ford Explorer had just been returned- and she turned it around fast). She represents Enterprise very well and is an asset to their team. I will recommend this location to others in need of a rental car. Thank you for a great experience! Eric Williams
