  Today I came in to purchase Cabin Filters and Air Filters for FIVE(5) different vehicles.   As you can imagine, looking up 5 different vehicles can be cumbersome and time consuming.   Corrine B who is the Store Manager of the Sugar Hill location located at 5985 Cumming Hwy in Sugar Hill Ga took excellent care of me.   I think Corrine SETS THE STANDARD for what Customer Service SHOULD be and I couldn't have been more pleased!!   She is the reason I come back to Auto Zone in Sugar Hill Ga again and again.  She is extremely nice and helpful.  I never have to work about the part being right when she pulls it - it always is right every time!!! I just wanted to say Thank You to Corrine B.  She really made my day and made me believe that Good Customer service is still available today when everything else is Self Serve and automated.   Thank you Corrine.   You're truly the Best!!!

  Went into the store with my receipt in hand to trade in my old brake pads to get some new ones. Corinne told me that my break pads were currently "active" so then I wasn't able to get new break pads because she NEVER entered my information into the system. Had to confirm with a manager at a different AutoZone, and he informed me that she was doing the transaction completely wrong. Once I left the store and came back for my brake pads, she had given me a hard time as I was simply trying to get my old break pads back and gave me an attitude when I left the store. This was a terrible experience, and I highly suggest that you shop at a different AutoZone; save yourself the time and headache!

  Went in to get some wiper blades yesterday. The older gentleman was helpful in finding the right ones, but then he set a container of windshield washer fluid on the counter and said it came with them. I said ok even though I didn’t need it. Figured there was a promo going on or something. I checked the receipt later and he charged me for them! Not a huge deal as it’s only $5, but the fact that he lied rubbed me the wrong way…
