- SMSasha McCulloughJun 20, 20243.0I received a device lockout on the very first day of getting the device. Apparently the device was asking for a retest right as I was exiting the vehicle. Assuming I'd just be able to test upon re-entering the vehicle, I missed the retest. This resulted in having to pay another $75 on the same day I just got the device installed. There should be some type of trial period to learn how to properly control the device without any violations. At least an hour or two would be helpful. I watched the intro videos, however it still took me several attempts to get the device working properly. Once you figure out how to breathe properly, it's not so bad. Seeing as I have a longer commute, I find myself having to submit 5-6 tests before even making it to my destination. Anticipating the next beeps definitely causes me extra anxiety while on the road. It hasn't even been one week since my installation and I'm already counting down to the day of getting it removed.
- JWJ WApr 19, 20223.0This was for voluntarily not required by law. The initial quote was $150 for installation and I paid $35 for my subscription. On the way to installation I got a quote that it had changed and would now be $300 for the installation. After the installation I received a bill for $350 and another bill for $45 for a monthly subscription. And there is no way to directly talk with someone at this company I have to leave emails or comments somewhere.
