- TOTiana OdomOct 18, 20253.0I give you a 3 for cleanliness before it's customer service, 7:23 this morning on the 18th is horrible. The gentleman at the registered was too busy talking to the girl that he worked with. And asking the other gentleman, if he would be on the schedule with him only because he's out there. Doing a lot of work. Then, he don't need to be here. His customer service is horrible. And he's too worried about working with people that can do the work. So he wouldn't have to I shouldn't have heard that conversation. Then, he had me waiting at the counter 44 minutes talking as if he didn't have a line, he need to be retrained on what customer service is.Your customers come before your conversation.You was not worried about the price of bleach.She could have looked that up herself

- IHIC HookahJun 17, 20252.0This place is a hit or miss they just installed a new machine. God help us all. Because the last time they installed a new machine that new coffee machine. What a disaster It never worked. It was always needing to be serviced, so hopefully this works out better. Also oftentimes they are out of things that make no sense to be out of I hope they can get it together. But on a positive note, there are really great employees here who try really hard to do their best. They're always polite and get you in and out of the line.
