  Our visit to this Jiffy lol Uber was exceptional! We were extremely impressed with the initial welcoming smiles from what appeared to be an all female team. Later we met a gentleman who was a part of the team. Kashdijah was truly amazing and her customer service skills were noteworthy. The ladies were excellent representatives for Jiffy Lube. Thank you for your professionalism!

  The service tech was rude and unprofessional, I spoke to him upon arrival and he looked me directly in my eyes and didn’t speak nor acknowledge me. Upon completion of service, he notated my service receipt with inaccurate information and failed to discuss or address any of his work completed and or noted concerns/recommendations. I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a Jiffy Lube before. I will not return to this location, nor recommend anyone to visit this location. However, cashier Saterriah S., was very kind, friendly and professional.

  The service is good, but they don't accept the same discount coupons that they directly email you. The coupon I had (and presented prior to service) was for 50% off of the conventional oil change ($59.99). After the associate tried to use my coupon, they said that it doesn't work, but they could take $20 off instead. Final price: $53.98.

  Very frustrating experience with this location. I had an oil change done here on September 6, 2025. When I received my receipt that day, I noticed that the vehicle information printed on the invoice did not match my vehicle. I asked about it at the time and was told not to worry about it. I barely drive my car, so when my check oil light came on about a month ago, I checked the oil and found that it was completely empty. Because of this, I contacted the store to ask about the service that was performed. At first they told me they would look into the video footage from the day of the service. Later I was told that no footage exists anymore, but that they had “reviewed their records” and confirmed the services were completed correctly. However, no documentation or proof was ever provided showing that the service was actually performed on my vehicle. The receipt itself lists a different vehicle, and my questions about how they verified the service was connected to my car were never answered. Instead, I was simply told the warranty period had passed and the matter was closed. Overall, the lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide any verification of the service was very disappointing. I would strongly recommend that customers double check their receipts and vehicle information before leaving the shop.
