  By far the worst experience I had with Enterprise my rental was at 12 PM an hour and a half later they got me a card that they just got from the repair shop in horrible condition. It still had the nerve to mark down that they had me out of there by 11:50. In addition, they said they were gonna comp me and take a gas only for the gas tank to be absolutely empty. This company is turning into a joke. They did not notate any damages on my paperwork until this day, I’m still waiting on a manager from this branch to call me back. I personally think they have not closed out my rental yet because they know I’m gonna fry them on a survey but they forgot they are available online as well. Go anywhere else maybe consider a Turo do not rent from Enterprise. They are falling off the cliff putting customers in unsafe cars that are straight out of the shop is completely unacceptable. If anything would’ve happened to me. It would’ve been a lawsuit. Enterprise has to tighten up. I’m still waiting for somebody to call me. In addition, I went on social media to try to get a response for somebody and Enterprise now has people who will see you post online call you acting like the company and then tell you they will give you a refund only to try to get you to download an app as a scam Enterprise has not addressed This has nor let their customers know about it. It is very predatory. They should do more to protect the people who are paying for their services unfortunately the Enterprises in these areas (east side) all have a bad rap in the future I am willing to drive to Buckhead. Do not go to any Enterprise on the east side. We have gotten to a point where bad attitudes and poor Customer Service from these locations is the norm and that is ridiculous.

  From the moment I spoke with someone over the phone to the moment I walked into the establishment, I received outstanding customer service. Every employee was welcoming and professional, creating a great overall experience. Erik, in particular, stood out he was patient, understanding, and truly took the time to help me find the car that best fits my needs. This location is amazing, and working with Erik made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  So the day of picking up my rental..Erik (with a ..k) helped me to complete my reservation..now I wasn't the nicest person cause I was hungry...but he was patient with me ....and actually saved me from paying lots of money... he was able to convince me to get accident protection and damage protection...I didn't feel like I needed it... but I purchased anyway due to him being adamant that you can never be to safe.... I ended up getting into a accident... it was a small pile up... but by the grace of God and Erik.. I was completely covered.. im very thankful for that and im glad that he was upfront about it... HATS OFF TO YOU ERIK BECAUSE YOU HELPED ME OUT AND MORE THEN ONE WAY...sometimes we just have to listen and im glad that I did that day

  I first came to this location on Memorial drive in May of 2025. They required two forms of id and 2 pieces of mail (preferably utility bills) with your name on them. I called the regional manager and now all you need is a debit card and your government ID. Well exactly one year later, Enterprise has a new young man on the management team, Erik. He is a true problem solver. Once I was waiting and trying to figure out which person was in front of me but he provided a pad for customers to sign in on and this system kept the line moving at a faster pace. He has full knowledge of the system and recognizes your status with Enterprise. I was honestly preparing to travel to the airport for all my rental cars because of the slow, unskillful, and unfriendly staff but Erik has truely transformed this location.

  I had a mixed experience renting for my sister’s wedding weekend, but the customer service made a big difference. I reserved an SUV well in advance but had to switch days before pickup due to a credit card requirement that wasn’t clearly communicated online. When I arrived, the location was extremely busy and out of vehicles, leading to about a 1.5-hour wait. Eric and Sumto stood out by consistently keeping me updated and doing everything they could to get me on the road. I was given a discounted rate, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the vehicle I received broke down on my drive home, leaving me stranded, and I had difficulty reaching the branch by phone during and after the incident. That said, once I connected with Eric, he and the team handled everything with professionalism and care. They were very apologetic and worked with me to provide a fair resolution and refund. Overall, while there were challenges, Eric and Sumto’s customer service and willingness to make things right really stood out.
