Once the service was done I was told “Your lug nut was old and broke off when tightening so we threw it away for you.” Come to find out they actually broke my wheel stud as well and did not let me know until I checked it out after arriving home. Not to mention all of my lug nuts were extremely over tightened. Horrible service with people who do not know what they’re really doing. Don’t come here unless you want terrible service. I’ve now had to spend extra money to get it fixed.
