  I had a great experience at the Enterprise location on Stone Mountain Memorial Drive. The employees there are truly kind, professional, and extremely efficient. From the moment I walked in, the team made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free while still being warm and welcoming. I would like to give an honorable mention to Erik, Ryan, and Samto for their outstanding customer service. Each of them was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their professionalism and positive attitudes really stood out and made this location feel trustworthy and well-run. If you’re looking for a rental experience that is organized, respectful, and genuinely customer-focused, I highly recommend this Enterprise location.

  Absolute worst experience ever with this location. I reserved a full-size vehicle around noon for pickup at 5:30pm on Monday January 12, 2026. I had about 5 people ahead of me. I stepped outside to wait as the sales men were all over the place stating that every vehicle on the lot needed maintenance or needed washing etc., however assured that I’ll be waited on shortly. I patiently waited and was greeted by a sales man within 10 mins who informed me that he would not be able to switch my vehicle and the only thing he could offer was to bomb the vehicle at the time. Clueless to what the salesman was saying because I was there to pick up a vehicle; the sales man then apologized, laughed and went to the correct person. I stood there, me and a friend and looked at the car that was in question. The particular person that had the car with the bug infestation wanted to swap cars. A car that needs to be bombed has a bug infestation, right? Fast forward after all this foolishness I was offered that particular vehicle as the vehicle to satisfy my reservation. Of course I refused and I tried to speak to the manager on duty “Nick” and received the worst customer service ever. He stated that he didn’t want to hear from me and wanted to hear from the sales rep only. He then threatened to put me in a mini van or nothing and then abruptly refunded my money because he stated I was loud etc. I then informed him that I could not afford for my card to have a hold as I had needed transportation to make it to work and take my children to school and I would like for him to make it right. He totally disregarded my concerns and refunded my money, forcing my monies to be placed on hold and mentioned that he was closing for the night and everyone began preparing to leave. These guys really tried to force me into a vehicle that was bug infested and pointed fingers at me for voicing my concerns about the condition of the vehicle. Nick also mentioned that there was a shortage of vehicles around the Atlanta area as a blame, I then informed him that if that was the case why not cancel or make me aware? Nick also stated that the car was not bug infested and that the customer that wanted to swap vehicles needed a bigger trunk, however the customer was placed in another vehicle with the same size trunk while offering me the bug infested vehicle the customer swapped. I will NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION again. I’ve been to all locations and this one is by far the absolute worst!!
