  Amir is a very outstanding person! I stopped by AutoZone on a rainy day because I needed new wipers. This kind man checked and found that I picked out the wrong wipers, quickly looked up the right wipers, did not try to force me to purchase the most expensive blades and quickly installed them. Amir would only accept a thank you. Wishing Amir much peace and prosperity in life.

  This location is pretty near my home and so this is where I normally go, but even if it weren't I would still want to come here. I have always gotten excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Both gentlemen that were in there this evening were quite pleasant with me. The older of the two was who helped me with getting my car battery and he took it out to my truck for me was there when I brought the old battery and just was really pleasant all around. I've had a really long day today starting with my truck not starting this morning and really wasn't wanting to have to deal with getting and changing out a battery tonight but I'm glad I did. He was a pleasure to work with. Efficient! I wish I had gotten his name, but it's not on the receipt either.

  Terrible customer service from a younger tall African American 6’2 /6’3 height very slim build (low Fade Haircut ) individual, near closing time, who worked the front counter, who had a girl customer at the counter waisting time before we came in, I even gave him a brief time to close the deal with her being that nothing was purchased by her(meaning get the her number for his personal use outside of work). I asked to get a check engine light checked, He says out loud Bruh E dis my last customer, come watch da doe, in a sharp annoyed voice, we get to the car, I get my keys from my driver to open the door, I ask him do you know where the OBD port was. Because prior that with out his knowledge I SENT IT TO ANOTHER AUTO ZONE WITH MY DRIVER AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NT FIND IT!! So what I did was simply show him, and said do you know where it is(being that it was dark an had no doom light on in the car). He says Agitated It in the same place as all the other Honda’s, and moved sharply to start the process, an I said bro if you wanna go home you can go home(Cuz from his tone, and mannerism I knew he didn’t want to do it and was ready to leave ), because being a younger guy, it’s Saturday it meant the world for him to not do his job because he felt entitled to get off work, he aggressively removed hisself out of the door area, then proceeded to open the door to AutoZone with an aggressive nature as if I was the problem for asking for a check engine light to get checked. I was gone shoot the dude a 10 dollar tip, but all of that was destroyed by his negligence, an rude behavior toward a customer that understands being young as well. Never coming back to that location and how we treat our own people is a true Travesty, when it comes to the terms of treating people how we need to treated as a whole, he needs to be reprimanded, an show the right way to handle customers 15 mins before closing.

  I bought a battery at the covington Highway store and the guy stated that they didn’t have enough people for him to put in my battery. So I called one store and the guy was the only one in the store. So I googled this location and received helped from Leo M. Very professional, helpful and the installment was very easy.
