If I you see Adrian in the store, do business with him. Adrian goes above and beyond, was very polite and got me in and out quickly with everything I needed

Manager Drammond need to be fired not only did he refuse me due to not wanting to open the commercial register but he also did it and a disgusting way. Come here often even after commercial hour and never ran into this issue. New management is highly needed.

Been coming here over 10 years and usually have a good experience. But today 7/6/25 was absolutely unacceptable experience. I showed up well before closing time—at 8:49 PM for a store that closes at 9—only to have the manager lock the doors in my face and walk off like customers didn’t matter. I wasn’t the only one left hanging as several others arrived right after the manager walked off as if he were Heathcliffe Huxtable rushing to the hospital to deliver a set of twins. I wish I could say it was just bad service—but it was no service at all. it was simply blatant disrespect for a paying customer of over 10 years. I can only hope the young associate who left the store with him is not follow that example at any point in his life. Because it was a horrible example. If your hours say 9 PM, THEN HONOR THAT. This was LAZY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I expect better, and you should too."
