  I recently stopped by the Advance Auto Parts location to grab a water pump and serpentine belt for my 87 S10 Blazer, and left extremely impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this store is run by a team that truly cares about customer service. The staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. It’s refreshing to walk into an auto parts store where the employees not only know their inventory, but also take the time to explain options and help you find exactly what you need. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Another thing that stood out immediately was how clean and organized the store was. Every aisle was neat, the shelves were well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to locate products quickly. The inventory was clearly labeled and arranged in a way that shows the team takes pride in maintaining the store. In a business where there are thousands of parts and accessories, that level of organization really makes a difference for customers. Experiences like this remind me that great customer service still exists. The team at this location represents the brand well and made what could have been a routine errand into a genuinely positive shopping experience. Overall, this was one of the best auto parts store visits I’ve had in a long time. The staff’s kindness, expertise, and the store’s cleanliness and organization set a great example of how a retail location should operate. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future automotive needs. If suggestions are welcomed, they would include providing short “DIY tips” board or flyer near the counter with seasonal vehicle maintenance advice would be helpful for customers who enjoy doing their own repairs. Also, expanding occasional in-store demonstrations or quick tutorials on things like battery replacement or basic maintenance could further build customer loyalty.... If there are any, I missed them..

  My daughter was having starting issues with her car! I am in a whole another city! I advised her to take it to Advance Auto. She went to 2 stores before coming to STORE 7879. I do understand it’s 20 degrees outside but geesh! No one wanted to help with a simple battery installation. She stated she walked in this store and the customer service was another atmosphere walking in. They instantly tested her battery and offered to put it in with no problem. She was overwhelmed. She told me the manager Kariena and sales rep Ross was very helpful with getting her taken care of! I MUST SAY EVERY EMPLOYEE OF THIS COMPANY THAT STARTS EMPLOYMENT, NEEDS TO GO THROUGH A CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AT THIS LOCATION. They care about their customers and it shows! So thank you Kariena and team for great customer service. My daughter is back in the road!! I ONLY WAS ABLE GIVE 5 STARS, THEY DESERVE 10….. THAT IS SERVICE AT 7879!!!
