  They went above and beyond trying to help me out with every single thing I needed I really recommend this store if you really need help and the commercial manager was amazing she took care of me 100%

  I was so surprised that Auto Zone was open on a Holiday, and I was extremely happy that Miss Z was there to help me get my car back on the road.

  Going to this location was one of the WORST experiences I've ever encountered. I came into store #4847 to return/exchange a starter I purchased not even a year ago (July) that went out. Upon entering the store the staff members (3 individuals) one of which I found later to be the manager, were all huddled at one register which appeared to be just THERE. One of the employees was eating pizza and the other 2 just there. One customer was just standing in line waiting to be checked out. I walk over to the bulbs to get one for my car and my mechanic standing at the register waiting. After about 5/6 minutes someone asked the customer who had been when "You need help" he then says "Yes. I need to buy this" they then say "Oh you can use self check out" he walks away visibly upset and says "I've been waiting 8 minutes for you to tell me that". As we stand there waiting a young man who had been outside helping someone else says "I'll be with you 2 in a second" I thanked him and waited. after 10 minutes waiting another guys came over and asked "Can I help you". I then explained what I needed, he took the stater and began to help. Here's when the manager starts to "DO HER JOB" and proceeds to tell him EVERYTHING that needed to be done, I then say to her "You should have just done it". She Replies "What was that" I repeat what I said and she says "I'm the manager here, I'm just making sure he do his job" in the most rude way. After he's helping the young lady eating pizza ask for my info to look up things and another employee comes from the back and says "If the men were here we wouldn't have these problems', the manger says "Yes they only do this and act like this because we are women". After a few words were exchanged about the "WE ARE WOMEN" comment I go to the self check out to purchase my bulb, I ask for the receipt that did not print from self check out, only to be told they didn't know where it was the manager says "There were 2 receipts here, I gave one that man and tossed the other one, then walks off". I found this entire interaction rude, as a customer the moment I walked in I didn't feel welcomed. The manager whether you felt some type away or not after I made my comment about HELPING should know how to use her management skills to approach a situation. And for the other "Manger" to make the comment about Men working verse woman was surely out of line..
