I had a very disappointing experience with the Take 5 Car Wash in Stockbridge, GA.
On April 16, 2026, around 5:50 pm, I brought my blue 2017 Nissan Maxima through the wash. The attendant failed to properly tape down a rear side panel located behind the driver’s side rear door. As a result, that black and silver panel came off during the wash. I did not notice the damage until I got home.
I returned the very next day (April 17) to report the issue, and the attendant actually had the part in hand, stating it had been found in the wash the night before. I filed a claim and was told the incident would be reviewed and I would receive a follow-up.
After multiple calls and voicemails with no response, I finally received a denial stating there was no employee error and that they are not responsible for “loose or weathered parts.” This is extremely frustrating, especially considering the part was recovered from their wash and the issue could have been prevented if it had been properly secured before entering.
The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, they defaulted to a generic denial despite clear circumstances pointing to negligence.
I would not recommend this location. If something goes wrong, do not expect them to stand behind their service.

I stopped by Take 5 Car Wash to discuss my membership and had the pleasure of speaking with Manager P. She explained that the location is now under Whistle Express and took the time to address my concerns.
Her customer service was outstanding—very accommodating, professional, and genuinely helpful. She quickly resolved my issue and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Because of her professionalism, I will definitely remain a loyal customer. Thank you, P—you are awesome!

Great car wash! Convenient to my home. The vacuums always work and there plenty of towels, glass cleaner and interior cleaner when we come. The attendants are always professional, pleasant and helpful with anything we need. The restrooms are consistently clean too! Perfect for when we come with our little girls
I’ve been coming to this car wash for nearly three years, and I’ve always been incredibly pleased with both the staff and the quality of service. Their setup is fantastic—they provide a full station equipped with tire, interior, and window cleaning products, along with high-powered vacuums and a great system for cleaning floor mats.
Recently, my mom ran into a minor issue, and I want to give a huge shout-out to the manager, P, for stepping in. She truly went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensured we had a pleasant experience despite the initial error. I’m so grateful to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend checking them out!

Terrible experience got 18 wash that should include tire shine and ut didn't. Manager Clifton failed to tell me that this wash didn't include that even when I asked. I realized tires were not shined and asked for a refund and he was nasty, rude, and inhospitable about the entire process. Stating that management doesn't offer refunds. I even asked for a partial refund and he declined. Got very aggressive with me, and said leave a review but you're not getting a refund, and then asked me to leave. I absolutely will not leave until I finish my service. You all need to train your workers on soft skills. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO ANY TAKE 5 it's a complete rip off. I chose Tidal Wave all day. MR. CLIFTON YOU SHOULD NEVER APPROACH A WOMAN IN AN AGGRESSIVE MANNER UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCE. If you don't like your job find another one.
