I’ve called around all day long feeling defeat at every turn but when he picked up the phone, he put my mind at ease. I will be back here for all of my car needs and to deliver a banana pudding for my gratitude. Highly recommend this place.
- TBTikila BlackApr 24, 20265.0Mavis Eagle Landings is one of the best places to get an oil change- however I am a regular customer , they oil change include filters which is why I can say that because most places , make you pay separate price for an filter, what makes this company great too is great young mens in the front like Mike and Que with great , friendly personalities, great customer service, and are customer- oriented , and no I am not writing this review because I was told, but because they are proud individual representing Mavis and enjoy what they do!

Today, I returned because I noticed an issue with one of my tires, Rodney and Shane, my technician, took care of it quickly and efficiently. The repair was done and I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. Rodney was very professional and straight to the point. He answered all of my questions clearly, especially when I needed reassurance about a specific product being used and pricing. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel confident in the service I was receiving. Overall, this was a great customer service experience. - EHElise HendersonApr 13, 20265.0I came here after being turned away by Christian Brothers down the street because they wouldn’t even look at my car, tell me an estimated cost or anything - just “drop it off Thursday and we will give you a call”. I’m a one car household with 3 kids under 2year old so dropping off and unknown prices are not an option for me. Rodney and Mike were SO kind and helpful I genuinely do not have the adjectives to describe how great my experience was here. If you’re looking for mechanics and service members that see YOU and not just a $ then this is your place to go. Thank you Rodney and Mike for helping me with a solution when I thought all hope was lost.
