  The manager was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Much more than my last visit. I was approached to purchase additional items but they were needed and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase. I was very pleased with my service. She is also a good training manager. She deserves an award or accommodation.

  Absolutely disappointing. I got a normal full synthetic oil change, but have a personal mechanic who was doing my tune up the next day. He told me, "you are almost out of oil!" I could not believe it. When i went back to Hear Monkey, they did check my vehicle and said some cap or something was not tight, but said the person who did my oil change was not there. That's it. No accountability. No refund, no offer to fix anything. We all make mistakes, that's not my issue. It's the lack of empathy and willingness to own the mistake that's the problem. This would have totaled my car and only the grace of God allowed me to find out the next day because I had a tune up scheduled. Go here at your own peril.

  Very fast and efficient. Checks brake lights tail lights and windshield wipers and runs a small diagnostics test. Plus, I don’t have to get out of my car to get an oil change 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

  My experience at Grease Monkey Stockbridge was great, I have no complaints. I actually was educated while being there. Came in for an oil change, was asked it I wanted a filter changes inside my car on the passenger side, never have I been asked that question before . & to my surprise once she went in and checked the filter, There was no filter there. So I am super grateful for the over and beyond work.

  CRISTINE and HER TEAM at this Grease Monkey Location in Stockbridge made my visit a BREEZE ! very knowledgeable, with attentiveness and overall great customer service. i was originally stood up by another mechanic after driving from South Atlanta, and they made my day alot better with the price and service of convenience! if i could give 6 stars and cash tip then i would have done that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💯 15/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
