Steer clear of this place. Shady policies and horrible customer service. These reviews must be fabricated…
I arrived well before closing to retest my emissions and was turned away. After explaining it was the last day, Ariel told me his manager Tyler told him I could come back the next day (today) and retest for free.
Today when I arrived Ariel confirmed again the test would be free.
However I was guided into the bay by the store manager Jason. I could
Hear Ariel explaining the situation to him. I tried to intervene because I felt bad this guy was being chastised so unprofessionally in public. Jason then turned his wrath toward me. He was belligerent and down right indignant making it clear and delighted in telling me he was Tyler’s boss.For a moment I felt physically threatened. He is obviously a disgruntled employee that has no business providing customer service to animals, much less human beings.
