- LCLaura Cosby3 days ago1.0Employee Ale (who claimed to be the manager today when I asked for one) insisted that I REPURCHASE another large sized slushy since the one I just bought did not taste good, this was a first for me because I patron Quiktrip frequently usually in my medical scrubs ...today my dental office is closed so I was in pajamas maybe that's why he made the comment "Did you purchase that today?" because I looked like I just rolled out of bed so I opened the cup to show him that yes I purchased this TODAY just a few minutes ago to be exact....I am not sure why he said the things he did today but either way I returned to my car and grabbed some cash to now buy another one.... then once I went to the slushy machine the blueberry and cherry flavors were no longer even working, once I brought that to Ale's attention he stated they would be fixed today.... Are you serious? Ale could've started with telling me the slushy machines are not working properly since he knew exactly what flavor I was having a issue with!! I'll never return to this location just because of Mr. Ale --I do not appreciate how I was treated today and then to think I was willing to pay for a QT product twice is insane, no thank you!
- TRTammy RileyDec 23, 20255.0I love my local QT the coffee is great and the customer service is even better the other day I was in the store and there was an older man who needed some assistance I believe may be reading the labels or finding something good to eat and he asked Belinda one of the customer service reps to help him and with a smile on her face she followed that man around the store to make sure he had what he needed it warmed my heart I thought customer service was dead but this QT has proved me wrong good job guys

Henry Blvd. I attempted to utilize my American Express card at the pump using the tap method and the transaction was immediately declined. I went inside and just paid cash for my gas. Moments later, I received an alert from Amex about a $175 charge that was declined at QuikTrip. $175 for gas? Yeah they’re robbing people! Thank GOD Amex declined the charge. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!
