- SCsherra coatesJan 4, 20265.0Eagles Landing- I went for an Oil change and a Wheel Alignment on 12/28/25. I got my SUV was ready but they didn’t do the wheel alignment. I gave them the keys back. They call me again to tell it was ready. They have done my alignment. I drove SUV. And had to take it back Tuesday 12/30/25. The Manager ask me did they give me picture before and after. I told him no. Guess what. They didn’t even do the Wheel Alignment . (Red)The top is what they supposed to have done.(Green ) The bottom is what they had to correct. Thanks to the Manager QUA. Will investigate who didn’t do the job on 12/28/25.
