- JOJami OchoaNov 17, 20255.0Forgive me, but I am going to rhyme here: Qua made my day! I reluctantly had a friend replace my rotors & pads in January 2025. 2 weeks ago I started to hear a grind. This made me nervous and untrustworthy of the work that was done. I had recently replaced my tires and had an alignment at Mavis about 6 weeks ago and did not realize they also did brakes so I scheduled an appt just to inspect. After an initial inspection was done, Qua brought me back to the garage indicating the calipers, rotors and brake pads (slightly worn) were in good standing and not the source of the grind. He demonstrated and explained why. He then asked if I could leave the car for about an hour (I waited about 45 mins at this point) when another expert would be in to confirm the exact point of issue. 30 minutes later (a lot sooner than I anticipated), he was able to get a thorough quality diagnosis which ended up being my driver hub assembly and suggested I get both rear hub assemblies replaced as this was the culprit to the grinding that MY MAN said he could not hear nor feel. I COULD and that's what mattered. Qua and his team worked diligently and expedited their diagnosis. The cost for this repair is a little over $600 for a QX60 which I scheduled right away. Thank you, Team Mavis Stockbridge. Your concern is exactly what us women need in auto servicing. Keep up the stellar work. I will be taking my car here moving forward. No more homie hook ups. I need transparency, accountability, records and warranties when applicable.

He was very patient with me and gave me a few options. After a few minutes, my tire was replaced and I was on my way. I definitely recommend Avis on Eagles Landing! Zachary the dude with the colored hair painted finger nails has the worst attitude I’ve experienced and the guy is also a liar. Literally lied straight to my face about how much time it would be and doubled down after the fact to try to make me look stupid in front of the technician. Lied to me about pricing then tried to rush me out like he didn’t give me the complete and total wrong information not even 25 minutes before. Also didn’t update me anbout my car just let me sit in the dark shop the entire time while he was updating annd taking pretty good care of an older white lady that was in the shop with us. Overall terrible experience and will not be returning. I hope all who want to be treated like decent human beings don’t go here because you will not find such treatments due to other people just projecting their bad state of mind onto you.
