There were four employees in the service bays: one was on his cell phone, one was standing with his arms folded, one was checking tire pressure on a vehicle, and the other was working under a car hood. No one was in the office. I waited in the office for about five minutes, and no one came in to ask how they could help me. I eventually walked out, got into my car, and left. They saw me walking to my car, yet no one called out to assist me. Very poor customer service.

I asked what the price was and told it was $85. Now when I get to pay they say it was an extra $10 for supplies. Okay so why wasn’t that initially disclosed when I asked? Who the heck does business this way? I really can’t stand being told it’s one price and then when it’s time to pay it’s another. That’s NOT how you do business. Needless to say I won’t be doing business here moving forward, and will make the further drive to Precision Auto Care. The gentleman at the end cleaned it up a bit by filling my air with tire. But let’s be honest I can do that at QT. Don’t play games with young women just because we ask for recommendations! You’ve lost a potential customer and I would’ve loved to come back and do more business because my car is due for maintenance! I’ll be letting my family and friends in the area know of this experience as well.
