Dropped off the battery older lady said come back at 5 so went to pick up my battery at 6 and I asked the younger lady who called me over is the battery good she smiled in my face and said yes. I looked at the note pressed on the battery, nothing was checked off(____good _____bad) as if the battery was just sat in the back. I’m like ok I’m going to trust her word. Got home and plugged the battery in the car and it’s just as dead as it was before I wasted my time taking it there. It’s not like I even know if the battery is good or not because she said yes it’s good. Been shopping with autozone for years and never had that issue. Other similar situations I was told the battery was no good would you like to replace it? Yea I’m driving to the location closer to my old house that’s 30 mins away, atleast they smile and get the job done and not smile and tell you anything.
