  I recently lost a windshield wiper for my front windshield and I needed to replace it. I also needed a new wiper for my back windshield because the one I was previously sold was incorrect. I came to Autozone in Stockbridge (#941).  Charlie was very helpful with my return and even helped me attach my new wipers. It got very busy in a short amount of time, but he and the other worker on duty were very sufficient and helpful to everyone.

  So I live in the Henry county area. I frequent most of the AutoZone's and many of them have great crews. Most of the time I get great service and a great atmosphere with great knowledge. But I have to say this night time crew of all females were doing the thing that the other places didn't seem to quite get to. They listen, they work together, they help everybody individually. One lady, I think she was the manager this lady is awesome. She heard my concerns from the counter and before the cashier could even go in the back to look up what I was needing she had already brought it to the counter. Excellent customer service, this lady needs to be a district manager and she needs to show other stores how to be proactive..

  I didn’t know if I did something to someone in there but it surely felt like it. Dropped off the battery older lady said come back at 5 so went to pick up my battery at 6 and I asked the younger lady who called me over is the battery good she smiled in my face and said yes. I looked at the note pressed on the battery, nothing was checked off(____good _____bad) as if the battery was just sat in the back. I’m like ok I’m going to trust her word. Got home and plugged the battery in the car and it’s just as dead as it was before I wasted my time taking it there. It’s not like I even know if the battery is good or not because she said yes it’s good. Been shopping with autozone for years and never had that issue. Other similar situations I was told the battery was no good would you like to replace it? Yea I’m driving to the location closer to my old house that’s 30 mins away, atleast they smile and get the job done and not smile and tell you anything.
