    Customer service is horrible I walked in and the lady(Vera K) straight asked how can I help you not hey how you doing welcome to advance I then proceeded to tell her my concern and she looked up my vehicle and was huffing puffing like she was irritated so after I go my product I go back to the counter to pay then she told me my total which was 26.99 I gave $30 in 5’s then told her to give me 5 back I will give $2 she made a smart remark and said what are you doing I said I’m giving you $2 to get 5 back so u will have $27 that’s what I’m doing then she huffed and puffed again while counting over so I then proceeded to said is you ok sound like you got a attitude she say yes I’m ok and gave me my 1cent and receipt n said thank u then walked away! Please train employees on customer service and if they don’t want to be at work they need to stay home because we the customers brings the business so my experience was def unacceptable!

    I had such a great experience with Yasaman at Advance. She was so helpful and easily resolved an issue that I had been dealing with at their corporate office. I don’t know much about cars but she was so kind and explained the perks program & other helpful information that I needed to know. It was a very welcoming experience! Thanks Yasaman for turning a bad situation into a great experience.
