  appointment means nothing to these people. made an appointment for 1 tire to be replaced at 1pm 40 minutes later truck has not even moved in lot. respect people's time.

  I had a very frustrating experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. I went in needing two tires replaced on my Toyota Corolla, and the employee, Jay, came out, notated some existing damage to my rear bumper and checked the mileage but never actually inspected the tires or made any recommendations. When I went inside, he quoted me over $400 for just two tires, which immediately didn’t add up since I’ve purchased four tires before for less than that. When I questioned it, he told me that’s all they had in stock, but I had literally just been on their website and saw tires for my exact vehicle listed at $86 each and marked as available. As soon as I brought that up, he went back to the computer and suddenly dropped the price to around $200 for both. That kind of drastic change made me feel like the original quote was not honest and that he was trying to see what he could get away with. Overall, I left feeling taken advantage of and uncomfortable with how the situation was handled, and I would strongly caution others to double check pricing before agreeing to anything here.

  Highly satisfied with the service and customer service I received at Mavis Tire on Northside Dr! Dropped my group home van off & they called me promptly to let me know it was ready! It’s running smoother! Excellent service! Will be back! Jemena

  Josh was super nice and had me laughing from the moment I walked in. He really took his time explaining everything and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. On top of that, he gave me a great deal, which I definitely appreciated. I’ll be coming back to him to finish the rest of my car’s maintenance for sure!

  This is the place I always go to My battery started going out and all I had to do was make one phone call and they told me to come in right away super nice workers very kind and very hard-working. And didn’t have to wait too long I was in and out Thank you so much mavis tires for getting me a new battery at a good price. and thank you Evan for taking the time to put it in for me yall are the best
