  Disclaimer: this review is mainly to help out management to be better and Franklin Chevrolet is a great place to do business with. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them. I bought my 23 gmc sierra from this establishment. I'm overall pleased with the way this establishment runs the place. First brought my truck to this place a year or two for a transmission shifting harshly. They first tried to tell me the pcv valve was causing it but I own a shop in savannah and knew that wasnt the case. But I let them go ahead and replace the pcv valve, picked it up, and it still had the same problem. When I told them what I do for a living and explained that a pcv valve cant cause a transmission to shutter and have a harsh shift... they were very open to correction and quickly got the truck back in, found the torque converter was actually the problem, and got it handled within a few days. The truck has driven great ever since. Thanks for the good work everyone! It really says something about an establishment who is ok admitting when they're wrong. None of us are perfect. I highly commend them for this. Jason was my service advisor on this and he was GREAT! Just came back last week for another issue with cruise control and lane assist issue along with a recall software update. The truck was completed same day, everything was under warranty and has been working perfectly since I left. Again, great work everyone!!!! Im highly pleased. I gave this establishment a 4 rating because my only issue is that my service advisor, Paul, never even contacted me at all to let me know what was wrong with truck or that it was even ready for pickup. I didnt find out until 3pm the next day when I finally called in to check the status. But the cashier Haley was great... she explained everything to me and problem solved. No big deal. Other than that, Franklin is awesome! The problems im stating are mainly to help management polish things a little more. But if you're a customer wondering if you should do business with this company... you absolutely should. You won't regret it and any problems you might have are quickly resolved by their team! Thanks again Franklin!

  Robert was exceptional. I told him what I want and what I don't want in the truck and within 20 minutes he had 4 choices available the 1st choice after looking at it I was sold on it.

  I recently had my Cadillac Escalade serviced at Franklin Chevrolet in Statesboro, GA, and wanted to share my experience. Initially, I brought my vehicle in for a specific issue and was charged a good bit for the repair. Unfortunately, when I got my truck back, the problem was still there. I spoke with the service manager, who explained there was an additional issue and that more charges would be required. Concerned, I reached out to the general manager—and I’m glad I did. The general manager Justin stepped in personally, took the time to understand the situation, and made sure everything was handled the right way. In the end, the issue was resolved, and they made sure I left satisfied. While my experience started off frustrating, I truly appreciate the professionalism and accountability shown at the management level. That kind of customer care makes a difference. I would recommend Franklin Chevrolet—especially knowing that their general manager is willing to step in and make things right.

  Robert, is a very kind, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable salesman. I enjoyed the entire process that I experienced dealing with Robert. I've already been telling other people about my experience and will continue to do so.This my third vehicle that I purchased from Franklin, and this have been the most rewarding having Robert as my salesman.
