  After sliding into a ditch due to some terrible weather conditions, I was stressed and convinced my entire alignment was completely ruined. I expected the worst walking in. Instead, the team took the time to carefully inspect my vehicle, and clearly explain what was actually going on, and reassure me about what truly needed attention. They were incredibly fast, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. What really stood out to me was their honesty. They didn’t try to upsell me or make the situation sound worse than it was, and took the time to explain the issue step by step. they explained the real cause in a way that made sense for me to understand. It’s very rare to find a shop that combines efficiency, and excellent customer service the way they do. I left feeling relieved, confident in the work that was done, and extremely grateful.

  Excellent customer service. Took in my car that needed a couple of new tires and a bit of TLC. Got an oil change, new tires and brake pads. Super friendly staff. You can schedule an appointment or just drive up. Went on a saturday and they had a ton of guys working. They got the work done fast. They have a small desk/bar that you can work at, a little kids play area so if you need to bring the small ones. The restrooms were clean as well. I would go back no questions asked.

  I recently got my tires and oil changed by an excellent employee, Kyle, and I had an outstanding experience start to finish. As a young woman, it is hard to find an honest, professional, and hard working man that can provide me with quality service and Kyle at Mavis did just that. My tires have never felt more even and smooth in my life and I left feeling satisfied with the work he performed on my car and the respect that was given to me. Ask for Kyle!!
