It is currently New Year’s Eve, and I am still without my car. I have told the car multiple times that I rely on my vehicle for work, and that I cannot use a rental car to work. Any time I call the body shop, they give me some roundabout answer on “oh we are waiting on progressive to approve something” or they’re waiting on a mechanic to calibrate something, and I’ve gotten tired of their inability to fix either give me a straight answer, or give me my car. Any update that I have received I’ve had to either directly call Joe Hudson’s or contact progressive, which has lead to a constant headache! I would rather total my car than take it to this location again.
