This location will soft-upsell you on add-ons, but there's no pressure and some services like tire rotation can be quite useful. I needed just the oil change and coolant top-off, and once they got my car in, they got it done quite fast. And since they weren't very familiar with my make of car, they asked me questions about it directly instead of wasting anyone's time trying to figure it out. I very much appreciated that since I am very familiar with it from top to bottom and respect the professionals who are willing to make 100% sure that they are servicing your car correctly. The staff was also very nice, the prices were reasonable, and they took the time to explain any other issues they find that may need attention on the service sheet they give you, including potential issues they see that they can't help with. It will be my go-to for oil changes from now on.

Got home and oil dripping . I went today and it was like the good old days so glad I stayed I guess. They did good today

I ask for the 56 dollar oil change but was charged 108, and when I asked why so much it was blamed on the tech. I shouldn't have been charged for there mistake . This is dishonest. I was given a coupon but was still charged a higher price. It was as if I didn't matter.

They check everything and top everything off. Been using them for 6+ years for all my routine maintenace. I just had the fuel injection treatment for fuel treatment. My gas mileage went from 19.8 mpg to 26.7mpg. In just 5 tanks of gas I will have recouped the treatment cost & investment in the future use of my vehicle. THANKS Jiffy Lube!!!
