    Had an 8:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation on new truck purchased from Franklin Chevrolet approximately 6 months earlier. Because of work obligation had a coworker provide ride back to work at 8:00. Had someone else take time out of their day to provide ride to pick up truck at 12:30. After 4 hours and an 8:30 appointment truck wasn't done. There is no excuse for such piss poor service. From experience I know JC lewis Ford would not provide such sorry service and this level of service is not acceptable at Franklin Chevrolet. The time of people that work is valuable.

    Hello everyone, 1st I wanna start off by saying I worked in a dealership before. So Ik most of the ends and outs. But ik for a fact my truck was not looked at properly. Not only that I asked for a rotation cause I noticed my front tires are lower in front than the back ones... Did not get that done at all … I also have a afm warranty that didn’t cover the work okay no problem. But yall diag fee to not fair to the customer or do yall do what I asked for and charger me so much is ridiculous. My vehicle was in your shop last year for 3 months no communication between warranty company and dealership unless I called someone. Anyway there is a lot more I can say. But I will say this … that this dealership will not service any more of my vehicles I will take my business elsewhere. To know that you all are okay with taking people money and not even putting hands on a vehicle is crazy. Scan you vehicle in check in talk to the tech and get a labor rate and contact customer sounds fair right well wrong !! Smh

    I have been going here for years with no problems until today. Paid $180 for them to waste my time with a 8k price. The sheet that told me the diagnosis summed up to "it sounds like the transmission". Nobody talked to me about my car being serviced, just basically told me to pay up! Not to mention, I got my car serviced in November by a different dealer. They checked for multiple issues, including transmission there. If it was an issue, I would've expected more information then. I am NEVER going back here again, they completely lost my trust.

    Terrible! I arrived at 10:30 am, my appointment time. At 1pm I asked about the status of my vehicle only to find it that there was no file on it and they didn't know where my car was. Finally my vehicle and paperwork was located and my vehicle was checked in at 1:53 pm. I asked how long it would take and was told it should be done by 4 or 5pm at the latest. At 4:17 pm I received a text stating the wrong part was ordered. I should have been told by 11 am the wrong part was ordered, not held there all day for nothing. What was the point of having an appointment time for 10:30 am if no one was even going to look at my car until 4pm?
