  Very pleased with customer service received. Marcus Jones was very attentive and provided me with answers to my questions in a very timely manner. He understood my desires to have the best possible price presented and made every attempt to accommodate my request. I highly recommend Franklin Chevrolet to anyone in search of a reliable vehicle. They are a honest and trustworthy dealership that truly understands and cares.

  This was a very painless experience. In the past when my husband and I purchased a vehicle it took all day and we had to play games with the entire process to get the price we were comfortable with. Not this time! Morgan our sales guy was very eager to please in any way possible to get us the best deal through the sales manager. The decision was quick and before you know it the deal was sealed! Everyone there was so very nice and we will certainly return when we need another vehicle. A really great experience!

  I wanted to express my gratitude towards Amber Simmons. I purchased a car a year ago and it needed to be repaired. I contacted Amber in desperate need because I wasn’t sure what else to do. She calmed me down and assured me that she will take care of this situation. She stood true to her word and I am forever grateful.

  Best auto dealership experience I've ever had! Randall Youmans was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, personable, non-pushy and helped me feel like I was getting a great deal in the end. If all goes well with the vehicle and service experience, I will definitely be back to do business with Franklin Chevrolet again in the future. Thanks guys! :)

  I brought my 2019 Silverado in for a transmission issue. They diagnosed the problem quickly and submitted a claim to my insurance. They said the part would take about 1 week to get and 1-2 days to install. Insurance approved quickly and they ordered the part. 1 week later, I reached out for an update. I was told the truck should be ready for pickup the next day by 3:00 pm. I called the next day and they said it was not ready, but check back tomorrow. I checked back the next day and they said it will not be ready until Monday (this was Saturday). I called again Saturday (they almost never gave me updates; I had to ask for them) and I was told the part had not even arrived! When I told them that the lady had said it should be ready Monday, he said "You were misinformed". No apology, no dismay that I had been given completely false information, no expression of desire to make sure this doesn't happen again! He estimated it would take about another week to get the part. I finally asked why the part was so hard to get and he said it had been available when he had originally estimated a week, but that one sold and the part was backordered. I was never informed of any of this! I have never experienced such poor communication and lack of professionalism in my years of doing business! They did finally get the truck repaired, for which I am grateful, but I will never do business with Franklin Chevrolet again! A little communication would have gone a long way!
