Only had to ground a lease with them, something I expected to be a nuisance for them seeing as they don't make a commission off of it. That said, they were extremely helpful and kind and on top of it. Austin was really great to work with. Very impressed.

Worst experience ever! Justin my sales man has been great! Other than that I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Bought a 21 Chevrolet trailblazer with 8k miles on it …Reduce engine power has been on since Christmas day they said I need a turbo and other codes they sent me back onto the road with a car that want go over 40 mph car has broke down 4 times in the 6months that I’ve had it tried to trade it in was told I needed 5k down to trade it in because I haven’t had it long enough…the ac has stopped working, it has ran hot, the fans quit working, it shakes like a leaf in the wind luckily I did buy an extended warranty and it has been fixed everytime but the service after the sale sucks!! You’re just a number to big retailers like this! Good luck to anyone purchasing a car from here everyone except sales has an attitude and makes you feel like you are a bother anytime you call or have questions

I had a scheduled service appointment today at 12:00 PM for my 2025 Sierra Denali and arrived early, dropping the vehicle off at 11:45 AM. What was supposed to be a routine visit has turned into a very frustrating experience.
The cameras stopped functioning due to what the system indicated was a required software update. Since dropping it off I have requested a status update three separate times. Each time, the service advisor, Jason Hadden, responded that he “needed to get an update,” yet no proactive communication or resolution followed.
I have now been sitting here for over three hours with no clear explanation, timeline, or sense of urgency. My time is valuable, and this experience demonstrates a complete lack of respect for it.
This is especially disappointing given that I purchased the vehicle here and expected a much higher level of service, particularly for a Denali. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and it will be the first and last time I bring my vehicle here for service.
Overall, this experience has been unacceptable and ridiculous.

Me and my mom dad had a wonderful experience for the first time. Guy was my sales man and he did a wonderful job. He was very patient and convinced that what I would purchase will for sure do me some justice. I would recommend Guy he was also friendly offer something to drink etc due to the hours we spent. Great job Guy keep up the good work. Hope you cast more sales. You deserve it for your honesty and hard work. Check in a Franklin to see Guy he is the best
