  You guys went above and beyond. My original rental from a totally different location up in NYS died on us in Charleston WV, thankfully The airport enterprise was able to put my family of 5 into a vehicle to get us to Georgia. Once I Georgia I called around, and Statesboro was absolutely willing to help get us back into a premium suv with no hassle. Drove an hour from Hinesville, as they had nothing available and couldn't get us anything. Thank you to your wonderful staff! We arrived back in NY after our trip safely.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine courtesy. Jory went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my rental was handled smoothly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive making the entire process seamless and stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in delivering top-tier customer service. Will’s leadership was equally impressive. He ensured everything ran efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and customer-focused environment. You can tell the team reflects his standards organized, responsive, and truly committed to customer satisfaction. What stood out most was how valued I felt as a customer. They didn’t just process a rental they created an experience rooted in professionalism, respect, and care. In today’s world, that level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. If you’re in the Statesboro area and need a rental, I highly recommend this location. Jory and Will are absolute assets to Enterprise, and their dedication does not go unnoticed.   I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Car Rental in Statesboro, GA, and I want to recognize both Jory Jarrell and Manager Will Jones for truly outstanding customer service. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and committed to making sure everything went smoothly. The vehicle was clean, ready on time, and the entire rental process was efficient and stress-free. What really stood out was the courtesy transportation they provided back home after I dropped the vehicle off that level of care is truly exceptional and greatly appreciated.   Enterprise Rent A Car in Statesboro, GA is just beyond outstanding!!! They will definitely treat you right! My experience with Mr. Zack, Mr. Jory, Ms. Morgan, and the rest of the Enterprise employees was nothing less than perfect! They are intelligent and understanding, with superior skills in communication! As a Senior Citizen, I rarely, if ever see this kind of respect and excellence in a company. I highly recommend their Team to take care of your vehicle rental needs! Jesus Christ is Lord! May He bless and prosper this company and all of its employees! Psalm 138:8, KJV.
