  I've been to many part stores over the world, even worked in one before, but the good vibes and customer service that I receive when I come here is uncanny. Manager Andrea is the Best! She's patient kind and helpful. She always makes sure she gives the best resource, for the best results! Job well done, thank you for your service!

  This is the second time I’ve received absolutely spectacular service at this AutoZone location. Back in August 2025, my battery went out. After getting a jumpstart, I drove straight to AutoZone, where they quickly confirmed my battery was damaged. I purchased a new one, and they installed it right on the spot fast, professional, and super helpful. It was an older gentleman who helped me then. Today, I came in hoping to return some bulbs I had purchased because I couldn’t find anyone in Statesboro on short notice to replace my driver’s side brake light bulb. Andrea didn’t hesitate for a second, she said, “Let’s go check it out,” and went straight to my car. She, along with John, helped replace both of my bulbs using the brand-new ones I had bought earlier in the week. Their willingness to help, patience, and kindness made my day. This location is AMAZING, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else in Statesboro for my car needs. Thank you so much, Andrea and John, for your hard work. I truly appreciate you both!

  Outstanding Service from Andrea at AutoZone! I can’t thank Andrea enough for her amazing help! My daughter was away at college, and her car battery died. Andrea went above and beyond to take care of everything — from helping choose the right battery to installing it quickly and professionally. She made the whole process stress-free and treated the situation with real care and understanding. It’s rare to find someone so kind, knowledgeable, and dependable these days.   This location for AutoZone has helped me more than any other automotive professional or proprietor I have spoke to. My car has had minor issues for almost a year now, but recently it hit a serious point. Anytime, I asked about the car, most have gave me vague answers with no explanation or passed off the problem with "It's an old hootie..." AutoZone (specifically a woman by the name of Sarah if I remember) not only diagnosed and gave solutions to my problems precisely, but even explained how everything I thought was an issue was fine. Even offered me some insight on other issues I would have never know until something serious happened again. Despite all of the service she gave me was free and the most I can do to thank her is this review, I wish I could give more in return for the help and time she has given me.
