    I won’t ever set foot in this store after the way I was “greeted” by employee Sierra. I walked in and heard a frustrated “how can I help you?!” From the back of the store, I responded that I had ordered a battery online and needed it installed (it says clearly on the website that ordering it this way also includes installation—as it should it’s the same as purchasing it in store), to which she responded, clearly already irate, “ I don’t think we can do it that way!” I explained that it said it does. “Where?!” She responds, again, obviously very irritated. I explained that it stated so on the website. She then proceeds to call the other employee’s name at the top of her lungs, “LAURA!!!!!” Doesn’t say anything else to me other than “sign this receipt”. And then proceeds to go out and slam tools around installing my battery. Just be advised that the tech may have a mental breakdown when asked to install a $250 battery, when I already cleared the trunk and spare tire for her to do so. I work in healthcare and don’t talk to people this way ever. I would be so embarrassed if she were my employee. She claims to also be a manager which I cannot fathom.

    Customer service is dead and gone! These people can't be bothered to do what's right and would rather permanently lose all my business over like $7.

    I have shopped here twice. Today I walked out because of how disrespectful the manager was to his employee. I experienced the same thing on my first visit. He is not a representation of Advanced Auto that I am accustomed to.

    Went on to pickup an online order and 2 guys on the front counter seemed to engaged in their personal conversation to even acknowledge me. After waiting for them to wrap up their "important" dialog,One asked me what I needed. Friendly enough when it was convenient for Him to grab my order. Not impressed and would not go to this location unless necessary

    Great store! Staff was very friendly and helpful - my drivers side window would not roll up and it was 90 degrees outside. They let us use the restroom and borrow some duct tape. Thanks again guys!
