    Booked a car online, the site let us book a car they didn’t have available however JJ and Myson got it straightened out quickly and got us on our way. Those two gentlemen made a rough day way better.

    I needed a last minute rental for an unplanned trip and Kim at the st marys location came through big time, they found me a vehicle big enough for my family on time that was nice and clean. Everything about my experience was quick and easy. Amazing people to do business with! Thank you

    They don’t have enough cars when the accept rentals. Then claim they are independent but issues should go through corporate. No thinking ahead from them to provide services they committed to and they actually recommended renting from a competitor so even they don’t trust themselves. Completely disgusting business practices. Having open ended rentals out means you screw your next customer and left us stranded without an offer to timely replace or pay for us to use another provider. Have some damn back up plans/cars as this seems like a regular occurrence

    On December 23 at approximately 5:00 PM, I contacted Enterprise Rent-A-Car after receiving a call regarding my rental vehicle, which was scheduled for pickup at 5:30 PM. The message I received referenced an incorrect pickup date of December 30. Upon reviewing my reservation, I confirmed that it clearly stated a pickup time of 5:30 PM on December 23. During the phone call, I explained the discrepancy to the representative, who placed me on hold to review my account. He confirmed that he could see my reservation but informed me that a vehicle was not available. I advised him that I was already en route to the location. Upon arriving at the St. Marys, Georgia branch, I was told I could be placed in a midsize vehicle . I explained that this would not meet my needs and Then he said you can until 6 and see if someone drops off an SUV. I said no and asked that another solution be found The representative then contacted the Jacksonville Airport location and informed me that they could provide a standard SUV at the price of a midsize vehicle. Before leaving the St. Marys location, I asked whether my physical credit card would be needed, and I was told that it would not. I then drove approximately 45 minutes to the Jacksonville Airport location, where I was informed that a physical credit card was required. As a result, my son and I drove 45 minutes back to retrieve the card and then another 45 minutes back to the airport, resulting in nearly three hours of unnecessary driving. While waiting in line at the airport location, an employee commented that they were surprised I had returned. When I finally spoke with the manager, I was informed that the only vehicle available was a midsize SUV. I explained that this would not work for me and that I had been told by the St. Marys location that a standard SUV would be available, which was the sole reason I drove to the airport. The manager stated that the St. Marys representative had only requested a midsize vehicle. Due to this series of miscommunications, I incurred additional gas expenses, lost nearly three hours of time, and was unable to proceed with my vacation as planned. Ultimately, I did not rent a vehicle from Enterprise. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and find the overall experience unacceptable.
