  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re coming through Exit 1 in St. Marys, GA, this Pilot is an absolute must-stop! From the moment you pull in, you can tell this place is run the right way—plenty of room for trucks, easy access, and everything is clean and well organized. But what really stands out here is Derrick—this man is on another level when it comes to keeping the showers spotless. You walk in and it feels like a hotel, not a truck stop. Fresh, clean, and consistently maintained. After a long day on the road, that kind of attention to detail makes all the difference. The bathrooms overall are super clean, the store is fully stocked, and the coffee is always fresh. The staff is friendly and keeps things moving fast, which truckers definitely appreciate. Big respect to Derrick for taking pride in his work—he’s the reason this location stands out. Pilot did it again… this is truly a home away from home for drivers! 🚛💨

  Standard Pilot, though this one has a lot of space inside. Clean restrooms. Usual food offerings. Be aware that the handicapped parking by the Subway on the right side of the building (when standing looking at it from the gas pumps) is a long walk to the restrooms. Gas prices better than across the line in Florida.

  Not the absolute best overall experience but I used the shower services and the cleaning job was lazy and not attentive of an area where people clean themselves. There was hair in the sink and some weird (fresh) residue just over most of the sink and shower. I promptly notified management on duty (Steven) and he apologized for the issues and reimbursed my shower token and immediately went to investigate the issue. 5 stars for the excellent service towards an issue that would've originally had me leaving a 2 star review

  More times than not either half the pumps are bagged and not working or the pumps say “see cashier”. They also water their gasoline down with 15% ethanol and then sell it for the same price as the gas station across the street that hasn’t cut theirs as much. If you have an electric car they have charging stations available, I’ve never used them to know if they are functioning better than their fuel pumps.
