I love how patient and consistent the team is, no matter how busy they are, they always follow the same thorough routine and perform a full check on my vehicle every single time. I’ve been to other places that only do a quick oil change and send you on your way, but this location takes their time and explains everything clearly so you understand what’s being done. Justin (CSR) set the tone with outstanding customer service, professionalism, and clear communication. When an air filter was temporarily unavailable, he personally took ownership of the issue and went above and beyond to obtain the part so my service could be completed without delay. That level of initiative and accountability truly stood out. Taniya (Topside) was knowledgeable, transparent, and kept me informed before every step of the service. Although I didn’t interact directly with Siah (Bottomside), the efficiency and precision of the work made it clear he is an experienced and skilled technician. The entire team worked seamlessly fast, organized, and customer-focused without ever feeling rushed. To Valvoline’s management and corporate leadership: this location is a strong example of operational excellence and team execution. Highly recommend this Valvoline to anyone in the South Fulton area.
