- MLMaxime “Poet” Laplante6 days ago1.0First time trying to wash my car at Tommy’s Express. I was excited to wash my car. Guess what happened. My windshield was broken and no courtesy was given. I couldn’t get a refund nothing but a detail kit (she called it). The vacuum don’t work. It was a waste of time. Please don’t waste your time here. It looks nice here but looks are deceiving. The owner said that they are doing an investigation. Hopefully, they will get back to me. It’s was my first time there and I had a horrible experience.

Addendum: I asked the attendant too late to receive the dashboard wipes, or whatever is offered for free, just before the conveyor belt rolled me in, I had to roll up my window & missed her. May I suggest, that it is offered early. I didnt know there was a kit for sale, Im speaking on any complimentary supplies, & I'm assuming its a dashboard wipe or 2.
