I found a couple things laying on the ground. Still that? I needed in my trunk service was not good. I'm not sure if I will return to this location Plus there was items in my trunk that did not have anything to do with my battery. That we're open and should not have been done. I'm not sure what was going on
- SHStephanie HillardApr 17, 20261.0I stopped to get 1 tire replaced on my way to work. They checked my tires came and proceeded to look up my information in their computer. Once I confirmed everything including the price they said they could put the tire on on 10-15 mins. So, I agreed because all I could spare was a hour because I had to get to work. After 30 mins of waiting, I asked the front the Regional Manager, Tenisha how much longer it would take. Mind you, she was not the person who initially told me 10-15 mins nor was she at the counter. So, here she goes with a bad attitude, nasty as a rattle snake that they were behind because they were short staffed, and had 1 guy in training and that it would be awhile before they can get to me. Come to find out they didn't even check to see if they had the tire I needed first, but took my payment because I agreed to pay so I could leave as soon as they werw done. I see one car in the garage with 4 mechanics doing absolutely nothing. One guy was vaping, didn't see anyone else. Tenisha was so rude unprofessional that I left without getting my tire replaced and they said they would refund my $149.00 and the money has NOT been refunded. I will never go back there again and I will follow up about my refund! I went down the street to another tire company, superb service, friendly and professional. Lazy staff and rude regional manager!!!!
