  Last minute tried service needed and obtained - slightly busy but the staff was extremely nice as well as informative throughout the entire process. They even stayed after hours to ensure my vehicle had everything needed before hitting the road again. Super fantastic I'll definitely be back the next time I need services at the nature. Ramon, Monica and Javier are the absolute best!

  Began using Mavis about a 1.5 years ago, when my longtime shop changed owners. Since that time, I have bought a couple sets of tires from Mavis - for both of my Jeeps -, had alignments done, brakes replaced, oil changes, tires rotated, and most recently replaced front ball joints for the oldest Jeep. Ramon has taken really good care of me on most of my visits. He is very friendly, honest with his estimates, and has never tired to up-sale me. I find that they do really good work, at a reasonable price, and have no hesitancy in recommending them to others. I am particular about my vehicles, and I have every confidence that Mavis Centerville is helping me keep my vehicles reliably safe and functional.

  Absolutely the fastest most professional, efficient, reliable and honest service I’ve ever had at a tire shop. Thank you for the best customer service Monica and Romone you guys were so kind. Now I got my top down and ready for the city!!!!

  I had an outstanding experience today at Mavis Tires & Brakes, and I have to take a moment to recognize Monica for her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. Monica took the time to clearly explain everything to me, made sure I understood my options, and handled the entire process with efficiency and care. It’s not often you come across someone who combines knowledge, patience, and such a positive attitude all at once. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and pleasant experience. Mavis is fortunate to have her on the team—she truly represents top-tier customer service. Highly recommend asking for Monica if you visit!

  Came here for a slow leak in my tire on 3/17. I had previously bought a tire from this same location a few months prior, so I felt confident spending my money with them again. My car has run-flat tires, and I was informed that patching wasn’t an option and the tire would need to be replaced. Based on that, I was sold a new tire for $378.96. A few days later, I noticed the leak was still there. About a week later, I brought my car back. Multiple employees looked at it but couldn’t figure out the problem. From what I saw, there was very little urgency or effort in diagnosing the issue. It wasn’t until the manager stepped in and actually removed the wheel that the real problem was found which was that I had a cracked rim, which had nothing to do with the tire. So I ended up paying nearly $400 for a tire that didn’t fix anything, which was extremely frustrating. To make things worse, my original tire had already been disposed of, so I had no option to reverse the situation once the correct issue was identified. I was then encouraged to schedule a $215 rim repair through one of their partners. After going home and thinking everything through, I was honestly very disappointed with how this was handled. When I called back and explained my concerns, the only resolution offered was a discount on a future purchase, which I declined because I no longer trust the quality of service here. During that same call, I was cut off mid-conversation and placed on hold because another customer walked in. After waiting a few minutes, I hung up feeling even more frustrated with how I was treated. Even small details were overlooked. After the initial service, I noticed that my tire valve cap had not been put back on. I’ve also reached out to corporate and have not received a response. This experience felt careless, frustrating, and very disappointing. I would seriously recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major service here.
