  I had to have some body work done to my vehicle at a nearby collision center. I needed a rental car and the collision center took me to the Enterprise Main St facility. The experience I had there with Ms Q was nothing short of phenomenal. She was swamped with customers AND phone calls and she handled it all with aplomb, professionalism and genuine concern. She can teach classes on customer service, grace under pressure and how to make a customer feel valued !!! If she is not in line for a promotion, she CERTAINLY needs to be. Thank you much, Larry Woodson, a very satisfied customer 😊👍🏽

  From the pickup with Caleb to the process with Q, they both did a phenomenal job. They were both very welcoming and thorough. I also had questions throughout the time I had the car, Q was personable and answered each question straight to the point. 10/10 for them both.

  So, went to pick up the car I had reserved on Thursday, Mar 12, 2026. Things initially went well with the rental, until we got the car home and noticed it had license plates from 2 different states, VA and GA and the one from VA was on the front and was also expired. That's a magnet for cops. So we took the car back and asked to have the expired front plate removed. Well, the guy they sent out to remove it, was extremely rude. He looked like he didn't want to be bothered and when I greeted him, he scowled and said nothing. After removing the plate, he didn't even bother to say anything. Just turned around and walked off, while I was trying to thank him. We were heading to our mother's funeral and didn't need that type of hassle. I don't appreciate this guy's nasty attitude. Other than that, it was a decent experience and we really loved the vehicle.

  Worse experience the manager had an attitude the moment I walked in and she was on a personal call . I had a 5pm reservation and was told they don’t have cars but I could wait on my appointment. She said the earliest I could check in was at 4:30 I did so and forgot my credit card in my bag at work which is ten mins away. When I came back she said she didn’t have a car for me when I have reservation it wasn’t cancel and there were numerous cars in the back

  I reserved suv on Feb 6th to attend my father's funeral which was on Feb 14th. My reservation was from Feb 12th, returning the suv on Feb 17th. I did get a phone call from a representative confirming my reservation and informing me that I would receive information to do a check-in online so I could skip the paperwork and save time when I arrive to pick up the suv. I checked-in online the day before pick-up as was instructed for me to do. I thought I was all set to go. On the day of pick up, I received a call about one hour before pick-up from ENTERPRISE, stating the suv had a light on and the dealer had no idea how to repair the suv. He stated he had a comparable, which was a TACOMA. He said that I could rent the TACOMA at the same price. I told him reluctantly okay. After the call I looked at there website and found that the Tacoma is a TRUCK and it was renting CHEAPER than my original suv . I called the representative back and explained that I didn't want the TRUCK and I would try another branch. He explained that he was on the phone looking for with other ENTERPRISE RENTALS and he would call me back in half an hour. I WAITED ONE HOUR 15 MINUTES.. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. I called the national company and CANCELLED THE CONTRACT. I Will NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE SNELLVILLE AGAIN.
