  Cam at this location went over & beyond in Customer Service. He greeted us with a smile when we went to the window to pay. He came out when we were vacuuming our car & asked how everything went. Great car wash & excellent customer care by CAM. We will be back.

  I have a membership with Tidal wave with my trucks. Decided to take my wife's car to get a car wash at this location. They dont offer any tire shine unless you get the most expensive car wash. Won't come back

  There is no perfect automated carwash in my opinion, but Tommy's Express wins for one major reason. Using a conveyor belt is genius for customers who drives vehicles with wide tires and expensive rims. My vehicle is lowered with aftermarket wheels. I dread going through traditional carwashes with the guided metal rail or track an employee generally have to guide you through; and those employees generally do a terrible getting you lined up. So it usually a jarring wheel scuffing and grinding process getting aligned onto the track to be taken through the carwash. Tommy's Express looks like they use non abrasive material to wash your car by looking at the and how they move across your windshield but it does mean I cracked a window to see what they actually feels like. They robotic arms always misses the back of my car though, so the license plate is always a bit dirty if there aren't humans to actually spot clean the area the mechanical scrubbers miss. The vacuums are decent and they have a machine you can run you floor mats through to clean them. I have a molded all weather floor mat that doesn't bend so I can't use that machine to clean my mats. They also offer spot near the vacuums where you can buy cleaning wipes and fresheners. Just recently I see they now offering disposable drying clothes in a paper towel like dispenser.

  I like the Tommy's express service very well, They are very clean and I always like to wash my car here and also they got free vaccum service 5 stars from me..😊😊

  The gentleman who greeted me at the cashiers window was very professional, smiling,and you can tell he loves his job,, he was very professional,he was about serving the customer and made sure I knew about the different packages they offered. I appreciate this type of establishment and they're not just another car wash, Mr. Brown made my experience at Tommy's Express that day a beautiful one.
