I made an appointment to have my wheel cleaned with bead seal. I was told to go ahead and come over. Lisa checked me in and never one time walked out to LOOK at my tire to say “hey this isn’t something we can look at.” I wait for an hour. Which wasn’t bad on a Friday. The young man walks out after two customers before me leave very angry and upset with the service. He looks at my tires and ASSUMES they have bead locks. They look like they do true enough but it’s the design…. Mind you now the hour wait feels different because what you SHOULD have done was walked at an hour before so we could have the conversation to discuss what you thought or think was there. Now it’s 5:30 and I walk back in to ask the store manager why didn’t she look at my tire before she checked me in? She doesn’t know…. The young man looking at it and said Corey who is not a manager there said he couldn’t. Lisa proceeds to say that it wasn’t the manager who said it the tech doesn’t feel comfortable working on it. So what was it? All it was was simply TAKING the tire off. They were VERY rude and not knowledgeable about this tire. Understood. But why have your customer wait an hour THEN you send me away on a flat…. My husband works at a mavis and they WOULD NEVER !!!! Ask me why I didn’t go to his location I wasn’t by his….. I called back this morning to speak with Corey the manager, this manager says there’s no Corey here what do you need like he wasn’t ready for work on a Saturday ….. I tell him what happen he was not receptive of the customer at all assumed his tech was correct I tried explaining that my tire doesn’t have bead locks… he tells me ma’am have a great day and hung up…… I will be making a formal complaint and my prayers are that this place gets better customer service ! Signed by a very discouraged customer. Ps my vehicle is stuck on the side of the road on a flat :(
