- JJJenelle6 days ago1.0DON’T DO IT! I dropped my car off on 11/2 for an oil change and front brakes. It’s 11/18 and they still haven’t gotten my car to start. I have a 2022 Yukon with less than 54K miles and no prior issues. I’ve been calling and calling and no answers or updates on my vehicle. Tenisha, the regional manager, is useless and will never return your call. If you want your car back in the condition you dropped it off, keep going! This is not the place! Simple maintenance has turned into 16 days and counting of incompetence and no customer service what so ever!
- HJHong JuNov 4, 20251.0I called the Snellville mavis store last week to get the quote for my Minicooper tire replacement, the person called Brent took my call and quoted me on the phone, at that point he didn’t mention about any online reservation fee and I agreed the price. I went to store same day and got tire replaced. During check out I found the price was different from what I heard on the phone and saw there was an online reservation fee. I questioned and was told I already committed on the phone. I tried to explain I didn’t make reservation online but spoke to human person with local numbers. They didn’t listen. I recommended the customers not calling local number for this shop to get any service.

I got a wheel alignment, and the driving turned out worse, I paid for nothing. Apart from that they broke my door. I asked for a manager and they start to cuss me out before I could calmly explain myself. His language was vulgar and highly unprofessional. I couldn’t even get anywhere near explaining what was wrong before he was yelling at me and then ignoring me and back to yelling at me when I said excuse me. I definitely deserved an explanation as to why my alignment was faulty, and my door was broken. No, instead I got cussed out. I just wanted my money back for them breaking my door. When I dropped it off it was fine, but when I picked it up it wasn't working. Somehow I am the one responsible. So the faulty alignment, the being cussed out, and the breaking my door is beyond substandard. Get it together.
