THIS PARTICULAR TIRE CENTER HAS SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES, PEOPLE WHO DO NOT EVEN GREET CUSTOMERS WITH A PROFESSIONAL PERSONALITY, RUDE, THEY LACK KNOWLEDGE OF THE TIRE CENTER POLICIES ABOUT PURCHASES, THEY DON’T EXPLAIN CERTAIN DETAILS ABOUT THE WORK REQUIRED, REQUESTED, OR PERFORMED. IF THEY CONTINUE TO ALLOW THESE TYPES OF EMPLOYEES TO WORK AT THIS TYPE OF LEVELS OF NEGATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE…THEY WILL NOT LAST AT THIS LOCATION OR THE COMPANY COULD LOSE MONEY BECAUSE OF NEGATIVE PERFORMANCES FROM THEIR PERSONNEL.

I went here November 11, 2025 for an oil change. I got the oil change, but I asked them to check my tires. Since this was the coldest day of the year so far, they said on the news tire pressure lights would start coming on due to the cold weather. They said no problem they would check them. Came back and told me I needed to replace 3 tire sensors that are bad. They said the tire pressure light wouldn't go out until they were replaced. Asked me if I wanted to get them done, I said no, don't do that work that's not what I bought it in far. Later I took it somewhere else they checked my tire pressure on all 4 tires, put air in them and reset the check pressure light and it never came back on. They said I do not need new sensors. I guess Mavis was trying to get extra money that day since I was their only customer when I got there. I'm beginning to hear from other people not to go to Mavis. Said they will screw you over. I Won't be back.

Don’t trust Mavis tires in Snellville Georgia on scenic Highway. I took my car in to get a tuneup. a full service tuneup is $600 to 700 they changed five spark plugs and charged me $700 $474 for labor 221 spark plugs the next day I didn’t have heat in my car and the motor was knocking . I called customer service to tell them about the amount they charge me and customer service said they felt it was substantially a lot for labor (two hours )worth of work, but unfortunately, I have not heard back from customer service and I’ve called them several times I was supposed to get a call back from Tanisha 3 days later no response
