  I have nothing but praise for this location and the team here! The front employee analyst has always been exceptionally professional; and I even remember him from my previous visits at Mavis when he worked at the other location. His service has consistently been outstanding. I am so impressed that I will no longer be visiting my former auto repair shop, as I am now fully dedicated to this location. The staff is accommodating, kind, and polite, making every visit a pleasant experience. The interior of the store is always neat and clean, the television has a large, clear picture, and the restroom is well-maintained. I truly feel right at home here. On top of that, they are quick and efficient — I had brakes replaced, rotors and air filter all .I never have to wait very long. Exceptional service from start to finish! Highly recommend. I was able to complete my Zoom with my director by using their Wi-Fi. I will definitely return for all of my auto needs.

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! Ramon, the assistant manager, personally took care of me from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and I left feeling confident about the work done on my car. I highly recommend asking for Ramon—he’ll make sure you’re well taken care of!

  I took my car in because i was hearing a rubbing sound after having my tires rotated at a different establishment.Ramon checked my tires, brakes and rotors, shocks and everything. He assured me that my car was safe and the rubbing from coming from the uneven wear on the rotors even though my brake pads were perfectly fine. He told me that if i could live with the noise he would suggest waiting to change the rotors until my brake pads needed to be replaced. I really appreciate how thorough and honest he was, being that i am a woman. Very professional as well, they worked quickly and called to let me know exactly what was going on. I will visit this location again.

  Very bad experience. I booked an appointment to have four tires installed on my truck. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I arrived about 15 minutes early. I handed over the key fob, but they took more than three hours with my truck, even though I arrived on time and made sure there was only one other car ahead of me, and they were doing a different kind of service. I also mentioned that I wanted to keep two used tires they were going to remove, as they still had some tread life left, and I wanted to take them and use them as spares. However, when they removed them, they damaged the sidewalls, leaving grooves that rendered them unusable. I complained, but they didn't resolve anything. They showed no interest or professionalism in their work. I just hope I don't have any problems with the new tires in the future.
