Convenient and typically have vehicles even when booking last minute. They always seem to be packed when I go as well and the employees handle annoying customers professionally.
My only concern with them is that 2 of the times I've rented with them, the check engine light has come on during the drive which made me very uncomfortable for the duration of the rental.

Q hooked me upp with a cleannn car. She knew i had to ride bougie and she made sure i was happy with my rental. I went there knowing i was gonna be downgrading from my personal vehicle due to what my insurance covers, but the only downgrade was the size but i was expecting that. I cannot thank Q at Enterprise enough!
Customer service and empathy today is horrible when I got to Enterprise I was immediately greeted explained what I went through at hertz the previous day.
For some reason my card would not go through later the bank realized it was a simple mistake I was mentally exhausted from having a car accident and having to walk last night in the cold home.
I saw Q get out and help every person that pulled up with a since of urgency she was respectful to the elderly man that came in after me while also making sure she helped me as well as being patient while I sorted things out at the bank.
I recommend Enterprise and this location to anyone we always complain when things go wrong thank you all for getting it right!

I had an outstanding experience during my most recent visit, and I want to recognize the incredible team who made it happen.
Kayla at the front desk was the first bright spot of my visit. She greeted me warmly and kept me informed every step of the way regarding the status of my rental. She even adjusted the temperature for me so ai wouldn’t sweat out my silk press. What truly stood out was her professionalism and calm demeanor while simultaneously managing several frustrated customers who had been redirected from other locations. Despite the pressure, she remained patient, kind, and attentive, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
Orlando went above and beyond by personally driving me home while a vehicle was retrieved from another location. That level of service was unexpected and deeply appreciated. It made an inconvenient situation incredibly smooth and stress-free.
Q also delivered exceptional service by going to pick up the rental and bringing it directly to my home. She greeted me with a smile, remembered me, and even asked how my event went, which added a personal and thoughtful touch that truly set this experience apart.
I’d also like to acknowledge the gentleman who was detailing the vehicles. When I returned the car, he kindly offered to take my key to save me time, which was such a simple but meaningful gesture.
This team worked together seamlessly and demonstrated what excellent customer service should look like. I will absolutely choose this location again for my future rental needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive, customer-focused experience.

Made a reservation for a rental and an appointment to be picked up at the body shop for 8:30 am. Morning of the appointment, I arrived at the body shop at 8 am, checked my car in, collected everything I needed from my car to put in the rental and waited. 8:45 passed, and no one showed up or called to say they would be late. Called the enterprise location directly, no answer. Called them 6 times, no answer, and the calls timed out after several minutes of ringing. I called the 1-800 number for assistance and they attempted to call the local office as well, their call was also ignored. The office was close enough to walk to in about 20 minutes, but I was dressed for work, not walking in the current weather. Close to 9:30, they finally answered the phone. Told me they were busy, offered no explanation on why no one communicated they would be coming late, and offered no apology. I was told someone would be on the way to get me soon.
30 minutes later, I get a phone call from a guy saying he was with Enterprise and needed my gate code. Gate code for what? He said he was outside my apartment, the apartment I had not lived in for over 10 years. I informed him I no longer lived there, and I was still waiting at the same body shop that I had provided the name and address for when I made the appointment to be picked up. Another 20 minutes passed before I was picked up at the correct location. When I finally arrived at the office they offered an upgrade for the inconvenience. I didn’t leave with the rental car until 10:30 am, 2 hours after I was supposed to have been picked up.
My repair was originally only supposed to take less than 2 weeks, but one part was on backorder preventing my car from being reassembled. After the 2-week period was over, Enterprise called me almost every day wanting an update on when the repair would be done. I had no control over how long the car was taking, but they were calling me rather than the insurance company that was paying for it. They also wanted me to switch cars as they had reservations for my upgrade. I did swap cars mid-repair since they had another car I was interested in, but they still called almost daily wanting that one back too. It was just under a month before I got my car back with Enterprise bothering me every day about returning it in the last week.
