  Truck was not available when I arrived, the closest location was an hour away and I was expected to go to the location to pick up if I wanted the truck. It was too late in the day to pick up but they didn’t seem to care and didn’t try to accommodate something for the next morning.The company never called to let me know it wasn’t going to be available. They told me to call customer service. They had to place a message and would get back to me in 15min to 2 hours. Never heard from them. Unprofessional business, very disappointed and had to make other arrangements with 2 trips in my own vehicle.

  Worst service ever, arrived to find out they didn't have my car or any car available. Didn't receive a notification call.

  These lazy ass people NEVER answer thier phone. They just act like it doesn't exist. Shame you have to drive there to get stuff done. Reporting them to corporate ASAP!
