I said excuse me i have 1 question he cut me off mid sentence and said "wait" in a rude way and just left. We were left standing there and he never came back . I know he was busy at the time but there is ways to say things we understand he cannot do a lot of things at once , but the way you approach people is very important I heard him being kind and gentle to the rest of the people we shouldn't be the exception.

The i guess lady manager comes out, after the nice worker had completed rhe diagnostics and proclaims matter of factly "we arent doing any battery replacements"!! First, you dont know what i need. Secondly, if a customer is in need and made it in your door before you locked the door at 8:57pm, then where is the customer service. A battery replacement takes less than 5 minutes. If you know what your doing. I work with the public too, i get people who walk in at the last minute wanting to shop like its 2 in the afternoon. So do you throw people out at 8:56 if they havent found what tbey need. Go to O'Reily
