They worked tirelessly to make sure that I had a battery that worked and that everything was connected correctly. I am so thankful for them, for the hard work and kindness that they provided, and for the way they did not stop until everything was right. What an amazing team!!

I said excuse me i have 1 question he cut me off mid sentence and said "wait" in a rude way and just left. We were left standing there and he never came back . I know he was busy at the time but there is ways to say things we understand he cannot do a lot of things at once , but the way you approach people is very important I heard him being kind and gentle to the rest of the people we shouldn't be the exception.
